			<description><![CDATA[ Thank God! You will never know what with-drawl symptoms I have suffered through! First off let&#39;s clear a few things up I had almost all male nurses and
that is just not my speed. One was a Civil War Reenactor who also shoots so that added some sanity to my 4 day stay at the VA hospital. First off I had a heart
problem in addition to the Mosinsanity which they told me is untreatable and without cure. Somewhere in the last few months or day or who knows when I have

			<description><![CDATA[ Kroil isn&#39;t particularly cheap...would it be foolish to try and re-use it after, say, soaking a rusty, frozen barreled action in it?

Normally I would discard a solvent after using it to clean metal parts, but I&#39;ve never used that much penetrating oil before. I&#39;ve seen early
breechloading naval guns soaked in massive amounts of Kroil as part of their restoration, and the oil was re-used for other pieces rather than being discarded.

I think the Rashid is one.  Wasn&#39;t there only about 5K produced?  Prices on these have started to go up, but for something so comparitively rare, you would
expect an excellent condition one to be $1000 or more.

			<description><![CDATA[ ....forums like this one were formed 10 years ago or more?   I know the cameras are the most improved part of it but so has high speed internet connections
which enable us to see  those higher quality images.   I do feel for the dial-up crowd but it is so much nicer now looking at pics of our toys than it was even
5 years ago.  Too bad most of us are not acquiring as much to take photos of as we once did. <img src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif">

Years ago while cleaning out the basement to our house (once belonging to my wife&#39;s grand parents), I found a Lyman All American 4X scope with Perma
Center.  I&#39;d say the scope is in 99% condition.  I know nothing of Lyman scopes, but from what little I&#39;ve gleaned off the internet, they appear to be
a decent scope.  At least in reguards to lower end scopes.  I&#39;m getting some of my hunting gear together for a little small... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ My father was in Italy in WW2. I came across his papers in a shoebox in the attic years ago while he was still alive. In the box were letters to his mother,
bringback papers for 2 pistols - a beretta and a Spanish 44. There was also a pistol magazine with 4 32cal bullets. My dad told me the pistols were stolen from
his footlocker when he got back to New York. I identified the magazine as a Beretta 1935 and have been looking for one for years. I stopped by a gunshop today

I have moved all the non-spam-can-selled ammo BACK into the gun room from the garage.  Always had a water problem in there when it rained, so I put the gutter
up on the side that would flood and dug down to the foundation and coated those walls with both a sealant and the tar-like foundation coat.  (Draintile to go
in next week).  I thought the gutter had the issue corrected as no more moisture was collecting.

her rounds this morning there was a older vet in the ER that was in the process of being transferred up to her floor.  She told him that she was sorry that he
had to be in the hospital on Christmas day.  He said that&#39;s alright it does not bother me because back in 1944 I spent Christmas day in a fox hole in the
